Keep your account and access information safe

Simple guidance for protecting your account, passwords, and network access information.
Your account and network information security is a shared responsibility. These simple guidelines protect you:
• Use a strong, unique password for your KARCSHAM Central account, and change it if you suspect it has leaked.
• Never share your account password with anyone. The KARCSHAM team will never ask for your password.
• When requesting technical support for a device or network, share access details only inside the request messages — not through public channels.
• After support work is finished, you can change any device passwords that were shared whenever you wish.
• If hotspot cards are lost or you suspect misuse, they can be disabled or deleted — ask for help if you need it.
If you notice unusual activity on your account, change your password immediately and contact us through a service request.
