What happens after I submit a request?

Your request journey from submission to closure, and what each status means.

After you submit your request: 1. The request reaches the support team with its own reference number. 2. The team reviews the details and starts working on it or asks you for more information. 3. You follow every update from the request page, and you receive notifications on any change. What the main statuses mean: • New: we received the request and review has not started yet. • In review: the team is working on your request now. • Awaiting customer: we need information or an action from you to continue. • Approved: the request is approved and its path is clear. • Closed: the request is completed or closed by agreement. • Cancelled: the request was cancelled at your choice or by agreement with you. You can message the team inside the request at any stage, and you can cancel, confirm completion, or reopen the request depending on its status.
